Order Terms at a Glance
Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable Orders
ADS orders are NCNR — non-cancelable and non-returnable — and shipping is FOB Origin.
Pricing
Quoted pricing may change, and ADS does not guarantee that a quoted price will remain available through the entire quote-expiration period if supplier pricing changes.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on destination and should be treated as estimates until the final shipment details are known.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is based on the ship-to destination. Customers should indicate their tax status on the purchase order and provide a valid exemption certificate when applicable.
